I came across this recipe in the Woman's Day magazine. It is different from the tuna salad that I usually make. Ingredients:
1 cup green beans, ends trimmed |
1 (8 ounce) bag mediterranean salad greens |
1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, sliced |
1 cup grape tomatoes |
1 (12 ounce) can chunk light tuna, drained |
12 kalamata olives |
1/2 cup greek salad dressing |
1/2 cup feta cheese with dried basil and tomato |
Directions:
1. Cook green beans in water to cover or steam 7 to 8 minutes, just until crisp tender, drain well. 2. Empty the salad green into a large bowl. Toss together with vegetables, tuna, olives, dressing and cheese. |
