Mediterranean-Style Chicken

This recipe is from the Kraft Food & Family Magazine, Holiday 2008/Winter 2009 edition.
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 cup black olives, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 cup five cheese blend, finely shredded, kraft italian five cheese blend
rotini pasta (optional) or penne pasta (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until done. Remove chicken from skillet.
2. Add tomatoes, olives and lemon zest to skillet. Cook 4 minutes or until hot, stirring often.
3. Return chicken to skillet; cook 1 minute or until hot. Top with cheese.
4. Serving suggestion: Serve over hot cooked rotini or penne pasta.
