i am currently a budding butcher chef. My chef is a free fun lovin person who lets me experiment with whatever(leftovers) available. my sous chef and execitive chefs commented me on this Ingredients:
6 half shell mussels |
for the stuffing |
10 gms chopped onion. |
10 gms chopped celery(finely) |
10 gms chopped coriander leaf |
5 gms chopped green chilli |
10gms bread crumbs |
5gms finely chopped garlic |
15 gms grated parmesan cheese |
5 gms butter |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. mix all the stuffing ingredients well and check the taste 2. slightly open the mussels(dont tear it open) 3. take the stuffing and place it inthe mussel. 4. cook 4 min on the shell side and 3 min on the fish side 5. voila ready to eat |
