MEDITERRANEAN SALMON SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Kilgore Estate in Little Elm, Texas in 1988. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 pouches boneless skinless pink salmon |
1/2 cup red seedless grapes halved |
1/4 cup sliced celery |
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl mix mayonnaise, garlic salt, curry powder and ginger until well blended. 2. Gently stir in salmon, grapes, celery and almonds then refrigerate 1 hour. 3. Serve on lettuce. |
