Mediterranean Pork Roast (Crock Pot) |

So yummy- and easy- serve in pita bread or over couscous. Ingredients:
2 lbs pork roast |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
3/4 cup chicken broth |
1/2 tablespoon paprika |
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons dried sage |
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram |
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 teaspoon basil |
Directions:
1. Mix spices, oil, broth in a small bowl. 2. Put roast in crock pot. 3. Poke it all over with a knife. 4. Pour the liquid mixture over the roast. 5. Cook on low 6-8 hours. 6. Shred roast in the crock pot- it will fall apart easily using just 2 forks. 7. Let it soak up the liquid. 8. Serve with pita bread, feta cheese, tomatoes. 9. Or serve over garlic couscous or mashed potatoes. |
