A great dip full of flavor, especially for those that like garlic. Perfect dip or spread for flatbread, pitas, cut veggies, tortilla chips or regular potato chips. Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1 roasted red pepper, diced |
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix |
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1/2 cup sour cream |
10 pitted kalamata olives |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine the garlic, red pepper, onion soup mix, feta cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and olives. Process until smooth and well blended. Transfer to a bowl, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to blend flavors before serving. |
