I came up with this fun twist on classic bar nachos while sitting home alone & didn't feel like going to the grocery store. All you need is 15 minutes to prep this as a quick meal or a fun appetizer! Ingredients:
1/2 cup feta cheese |
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese |
tortilla chips |
3 pepperocini/banana peppers, diced |
3 slices of pepperoni, sliced into small squares |
1/4 cup greek dressing |
1/2 tbs white onions, diced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Layer tortilla chips in the bottom of an 8 inch baking dish. 3. Cover chips with both cheeses, pepperocini and pepperoni. Drizzle with the Greek dressing. 4. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese starts to turn golden brown on the edges. 5. Remove from oven and add the white onions. 6. You may also add chopped black olives & tomatoes to this if you wish (I don't like it that way, but have loved ones that add them on when nachos come out of the oven). |
