Try this recipe with Ultimate Roast Chicken or Best Last-Minute Roast Chicken. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coarsely ground coriander seeds (grind in a spice grinder or mortar) |
zest of 1 lemon |
3 tablespoons olive oil |

Directions:
1. Combine coriander, zest, and oil. In step 2, smear some mixture in pockets and the rest all over outside of chicken.
