Yummy chicken! Ingredients:
8 oz chicken breast (cubed) |
2 tbsp garlic (minced and in 1 tsp water) |
2 tbsp black olives (sliced) |
4 cloves garlic |
1/2 lb spinach |
1/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese |
1 small tomato |
Directions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in wok. 2. Add salted & peppered chicken and cook all the way through...remove from pan. 3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil. 4. Add garlic and spinach. 5. Cook until spinach is mushy. 6. Throw in olives, chicken, tomato, and feta. 7. Cook until warm. 8. Enjoy! |
