Mediterranean Chi-Chi Burgers |

A taste of the mediteranian with a hint of Mexican heat. One of the best burgers I've ever tasted. Many many variations if you choose! Ingredients:
1 lb ground pork |
1 lb ground beef |
1/4 cup of grated feta |
1/4 cup of chopped olive (dont sqeeze out all the juice) |
1/4 cup prepared salsa |
1 tablespoon oregano |
1 teaspoon garlic granules |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon cayenne |
4 tablespoons mild paprika |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon cayenne |
Directions:
1. Mix all of the ingredients together and let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes or so . Remove from fridge and make 8 patties . BBQ till done. Serve with grilled eggplant and lettuce or anything else you like on your burger . Can also be called sausage burger. ENJOY! |
