Mediterranean Cheese Appetizer

Irresistable! Time includes refridgeration. I find it is best to make the day before and marinate overnight, it needs at least an hour in the fridge before serving.
Ingredients:
250g package of light cream cheese
1/2 cup kraft sundried tomato and oregano dressing
3 cloves garlic, roughly minced
3 small sprigs fresh rosemary, stems removed
6 sprigs fresh thyme, in small pieces
1 tsp black peppercorns
peel of one lemon, cut into thin strips
Directions:
1. Allow cream cheese to reach room temperate before cutting. Then cube cheese into about 36 pieces
2. Place in 9-inch pie plate.
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Cover
4. Refrigerate at least one hour, but the longer the tastier.
5. Serve with crusty bread or pita points.
