burgers withRussian dressing and topped off with spinach. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
2 tablespoons roasted red peppers, chopped |
1 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 (8 ounce) bottle russian salad dressing |
4 hamburger buns |
1/2 cup chopped spinach leaves |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine the first 5 ingredients and mix well. 2. Form 4 patties. 3. Cook on medium heat in a skillet, or on a grill until both sides are light brown. 4. Spread russian dressing on both sides of buns, add patties, and spinach leaves, with stems removed. 5. Top with other bun half. |
