Baked peppers and tomatos with herbs and mozzarella, Tasty and complimentry to most meat dishes. Ingredients:
4 peppers, sliced |
5 tomatoes cut into quarters |
5 tbl spoons, white wine vinegar |
1 cup white wine |
15 leaves fresh basil |
dried mixed italian seasoning |
1/4 cup fresh mozzarella |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a baking dish except the mozzarella 2. Place in an oven preheated to 180c for 45 minutes 3. Spread mozzarella evenly and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes. 4. Serve as a side dish – goes great with any one of my chicken ideas – I’ve tried it with most |
