Ingredients:
2 plum tomatoes, cut 1/4-inch thick
4 halibut steaks, approx. 1 pound
1 onion, sliced
1/3 cup kraft light zesty reduced-fat italian salad dressing
2 tablespoons capers
2 2/3 cups hot cooked brown rice
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Arrange half of the tomato slices on bottom of 9 inch square baking dish.
3. Top with fish, onions and remaining tomatoes.
4. Drizzle with dressing.
5. Sprinkle with capers.
