Can adapt to the Crockpot. Ingredients:
3/4 lb ground sausage |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 small onion, chopped |
15 ounces red kidney beans, drained |
15 ounces pinto beans, drained |
15 ounces pork and beans |
3/4 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup ketchup |
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard |
2 tablespoons molasses |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. In a skillet, brown and crumble sausage with garlic and onion; drain excess fat. 3. Return to skillet and stir in remaining ingredients. 4. Pour into a casserole dish and bake, uncovered for 60 minutes. |
