Meatloaf With Tangy Tomato Gravy

Baked in a gravy, this meatloaf turns out deliciously moist. Easy to prepare in advance and pop in the oven on nights when you are limited for time. Use a ready made meatloaf and cut the preparation time down even more!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 egg
salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup chopped fresh tomato
1 tablespoon chutney
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
2 cloves
1 bay leaf
salt, to taste
1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
1. Mix all meatloaf ingredients and form into a loaf shape.
2. Place in casserole dish.
3. Mix gravy ingredients together and pour over meatloaf.
4. Bake at 180C for 1 hour.
