This recipe was from the Woodbine United Methodist church cookbook from the 70s. Ingredients:
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1/4 cup grated onion |
1 cup evaporated milk |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 dash pepper |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/4 cup catsup |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix bread crumbs, beef, onion evaporated milk eggs salt and the dash of pepper. 2. Shape into two loaves and put in loaf pans. 3. To make the sauce mix brown sugar, catsup and dry mustard and pour on loaves. 4. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees. |
