Loving raisins like I do, I transformed my original meatloaf into one that includes raisins, and I find that, once they get over the idea of raisins in a meatloat, many of my guests allow that it is at the very least interesting & enjoyable, if not out right delicious! Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef |
2 cups crushed wheat flakes |
4 eggs, room temperature, slightly beaten |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup milk |
3/4 cup catsup |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
2 cups raisins |
1 medium onion, diced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mix all ingredients together & shape into a shallow dome in a 10 round baking dish with sides. 3. Bake for at least 1 hour and 15 minutes. |
