My moms great, nutrition recipe for meatloaf
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup onions, chopped fine
1 cup oatmeal
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1 egg, beaten
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in order listed and mix thoroughly. Pack firmly into loaf pan (4 x 8)
2. Bake at 350ยบ for 1 hour.
3. SERVINGS: 8
