My moms great, nutrition recipe for meatloaf Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef |
1/4 cup onions, chopped fine |
1 cup oatmeal |
2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon mustard |
1/4 cup ketchup |
1 egg, beaten |
1 cup water |
Directions:
