GREAT meatloaf recipe! Tastes really good served with leftover spaghetti sauce. Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef |
1 (10 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon bottled chopped garlic |
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. 3. Place mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan that has been coated with nonstick spray. 4. Bake for about 1 hour or until done. |
