Meatloaf recipe from Fannie Farmer cookbook Ingredients:
2 lb hamburger, 80% lean |
3/4 cup skim milk |
2 med eggs, slightly beaten |
1 med onion, chopped fine |
2 cup breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pat into loaf pan and bake until done, about 1 1/2 hours. Remove from loaf pan and let fat drain. |
