Turkey meatloaf. Yummy with way less calories and lots of protein.
Ingredients:
2 lb. ground turkey
1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
1 egg
1 yellow onion
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Chop the onion.
2. Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Put in a baking dish.
4. Microwave for 7 minutes.
