Use lean ground beef and pork. Beef - 90% lean Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef |
1 pound ground pork |
1 cup uncooked oatmeal |
1 cup chopped onion |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1 1/4 cup tomato juice |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients including the beaten eggs. If eggs are really large, use just one. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, 15 minutes. Let set about 5 minutes or so before cutting. |
