Mom's recipe. Easy to make and can cook potatoes in the oven with it if needed. Ingredients:
2 lbs beef, ground, 7% fat or less |
3 eggs |
1 cup bread crumbs |
1 green pepper, finely chopped |
1 onion, finely chopped |
15 oz corn, drained |
3 tablespoons worcester sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425*F 2. Combine all ingredients thoroughly, shape into a loaf 3. Place in a greased pan deep enough to prevent spillage 4. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until thermometer reads 170*F 5. Serve with baked potatoes by wrapping them in foil and baking with the meatloaf |
