This meatloaf is great for picky eaters. It is moist and even people that don't usually like meatloaf like this. Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs ground beef |
3 eggs |
1 (4 ounce) package saltine crackers |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
2 teaspoons onion powder |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1/2 cup ketchup |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients except for the ketchup, in a large mixing bowl. You will need to use your hands to do this. 2. Once it is all mixed place the mixture in a large loaf pan. Then spread the ketchup over the top of the loaf. 3. Place the pan in a preheated over of 375 degrees and cook for about 1 to 1.5 hours. Depends on your oven. Check it after an hour then every 15 minutes after that. |
