Men's Health Meatloaf, portions downsized Ingredients:
1/2 cup of oats |
1 lb lean ground beef |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1 large egg |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 1/2 tsp pepper |
2 tbsp dried onion flakes |
1 tsp dried mustard |
Directions:
1. Add ingredients into bowl, mix 2. Put all ingredients into loaf pan 3. Bake 350 degrees for one hour |
