I have been making this meatloaf recipe for 25 years. I often put baked potatoes in the oven at the same time and serve them with the meatloaf. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
3 slices bread |
1/2 cup milk |
1 large onion, chopped fine |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
3 tablespoons chili sauce |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Soak bread in the milk. Combine all ingredients and mix well. 2. Pat mixture into loaf shape and place on oiled baking dish. 3. Bake 50-60 minutes. |
