This recipe is one that I have made since I was in high school and my family has enjoyed this recipe throughout the years. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 tablespoon onion (chopped) |
1 large egg |
1 cup soft breadcrumbs |
1 (8 ounce) can hunts tomato sauce |
1 (8 ounce) can hunts tomato sauce |
2 teaspoons brown sugar |
2 teaspoons parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and shape in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 450°F until done. 2. Drain excess grease, add sauce and bake 5 minutes longer. |
