This is my mother's recipe for meatloaf. Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs extra lean ground beef |
1 egg |
1 onion, finely diced |
1 (10 ounce) can tomato soup |
3/4 cup oats |
pepper, to taste |
1/4 cup ketchup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. combine ground beef, egg, onion, soup, oats and pepper. 3. Put mixture into a loaf pan. 4. Pour ketchup in a line on top of meatlof. 5. Bake for 45 minutes. |
