I make these into mini meatloaves...Very good and fun too. Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 (12 ounce) jar heinz savory beef gravy |
4 slices white bread |
1 egg |
1/2 cup shredded carrot |
1/2 cup minced onion |
Directions:
1. Mix all together and let set in frig covered over night. 2. Bake 325 for 60 min or until internal temp reaches 165F. |
