Got this my friend, Dina, she's a great cook. Hope you all like it! Ingredients:
1 (1 ounce) envelope onion soup mix |
2 lbs ground chuck |
6 slices potato bread, approximately |
1/2 cup water (soak bread in water) |
2 eggs |
1 dash ketchup |
1 stalk celery, chopped finely |
1 onion, chopped finely |
Directions:
1. Squeeze excess liquid from water soaked bread. 2. Mix all ingredients. 3. Shape into loaf. 4. Cover & bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 5. Uncover & bake until browned, 5-10 minutes. |
