I've been making this meatloaf recipe for the 28 years i've been married, makes great meatloaf subs the next day. Nothing fancy, just taste great. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
3/4 cup oats (uncooked) |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup tomato juice |
1 egg, beaten |
Directions:
1. Mix thoroughly, bake in oven (350 degrees). 2. 1 hour 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. |
