6 large potatoes, peeled and cut up |
1/2 of a 16 oz. bag of frozen sliced carrots |
i 15 oz. can drained, cut green beans |
3 -8 oz. cans tomato sauce |
1 15 oz. can drained corn |

frozen corn and beans could probably be used. for more spicy flavor add some chopped onions. also some taco seasoning sprinkled in before cooking gives good flavor. when eating it i like to sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. |
