Delicious easy quick dish to fix. I have not tried this just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups uncooked spiral pasta |
15 ounces vegetarian chili with beans |
12 ounces chunky salsa |
11 ounces whole kernel corn, drained |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. In a large bowl, combine the chili, salsa and corn. Add pasta; toss to coat. 2. Tansfer to a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 400 for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly. |
