1/2 cup(s) dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
2 clove(s) green onions chopped
2 tablespoon(s) garlic minced
1 dash(es) fresh parsley chopped
salt & pepper to taste
1 can(s) canola oil
2 tablespoon(s) whole cranberry sauce

1 tablespoon(s) canola oil

Directions:
1. *Combine ground pork or chicken, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Form mixture into 1 inch balls.
2. *Heat canola oil in large frying pan, over medium heat. Cook chicken balls until lightly browned and cooked through, and juices run clear. Set aside.
3. *Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, honey, soy sauce, sesame seeds, canola oil and orange zest. Cook over low heat, whisking occasionally, until hot and thickened slightly about 20 minutes.
4. *Thread 2 meatballs onto each skewer and place on serving tray. Pour cranberry dipping sauce into small bowl. Serve with chicken balls.
