Ingredients:
1 cup(s) ground pork (or chicken) |
1/2 cup(s) dry breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise |
2 clove(s) green onions chopped |
2 tablespoon(s) garlic minced |
1 dash(es) fresh parsley chopped |
salt & pepper to taste |
1 can(s) canola oil |
2 tablespoon(s) whole cranberry sauce |
2 tablespoon(s) honey |
2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
1 tablespoon(s) sesame seeds toasted |
1 tablespoon(s) canola oil |
25 whole(s) orange zest |

Directions:
1. *Combine ground pork or chicken, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. Form mixture into 1 inch balls. 2. *Heat canola oil in large frying pan, over medium heat. Cook chicken balls until lightly browned and cooked through, and juices run clear. Set aside. 3. *Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, honey, soy sauce, sesame seeds, canola oil and orange zest. Cook over low heat, whisking occasionally, until hot and thickened slightly about 20 minutes. 4. *Thread 2 meatballs onto each skewer and place on serving tray. Pour cranberry dipping sauce into small bowl. Serve with chicken balls. |
