Got this in my e-mail! have not tried it yet! sound good! Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten |
1 cup tomato or cheddar cheese soup |
1 cup soft bread crumbs |
1 large ground beef |
1 medium onion, sliced |
2 tablespoons oil |
1/2 cup beer |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
Directions:
1. Hot cooked noodles or rice Instructions Combine eggs, 1/4 cup soup, crumbs, and ground beef; mix well. Shape into about 36 meatballs. In a skillet, cook onions in oil until soft. Remove onions and save. Add meatballs to skillet; cook until browned, drain off fat. Combine remaining soup, beer, and oregano. Add to skillet with onions, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice. |
