Alton Brown recipe With Parmesan Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey |
5 oz chopped parsley |
1/2 cup grated parmesan |
1 egg |
1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley |
3/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1/2 cup oat flour, divided |
Directions:
1. Preheat the over to 400 degrees. Using a large bowl, mix meat with all the spices and 1/4 cup of the oat bran. Use your hands to mix. Measure out 1.5 ounce portions and put on a sheet. Roll into balls, then roll in the remaining 1/4 cup of oat flour, and place in individual miniature muffin tins. Bake 20 mins or until golden brown and cooked through. |
