Alton Brown meatballs, no parmesan cheese Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey |
5 oz chopped parsley |
1 egg |
1 1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley |
3/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes |
1/2 cup oat flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 400 degrees. Mix meat, fresh parsley, egg, dry spices, and 1/4 c oat flour. Mix all w/ your hands. place the remaining 1/4 cup of oat flour in a small bowl. On a scale, weigh meatballs into 1.5 oz portions and place on a sheet pan. Roll into little balls, then roll in the oat flour. Place into individual minature muffin tins. Bake 20 mins or until golden brown. |
