Versatile, delicious meatballs. Edited to suit my family's tastes. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup quick oats |
1 egg |
salt and pepper |
onion powder, to taste |
oregano, basil, parsley, garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350. 2. In a medium or large bowl knead together all ingredients. Form into decent size balls and place on a greased cookie sheet or pizza pan. 3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until browned on outside. (Baking time may vary for your oven!). |
