pasta Ingredients:
1 tsp tabasco sauce |
1/4 tsp black pepper |
6 g minced garlic |
828 g crushed italian tomatos with basil |
499 g lean ground beef |
2 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 tbsp cajun seasoning |
30 g corn flakes, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Combine the mince and the following 5 ingredients, form into meatballs (16 or more). Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
2. Combine the top 7 ingredients in a pan to make the sauce.
3. Serve over the meatballs and pasta.
