Meatballs in Sour Cream Sauce |

I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Ossg Recipes. Ingredients:
1 -1 1/4 lb ground beef |
1 cup bread cubes |
1/2 cup catsup |
1/2 teaspoon dried onion |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped |
30 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 cup sour cream |
1/8 cup dried onion |
1/4 tablespoon parsley |
1/4 cup milk |
1 pinch oregano |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and form meatballs. 2. Bake or fry until done. 3. Combine sauce ingredients, pour over meatballs. 4. Simmer at least 2 hours or 4 to 5 hours in crockpot. 5. Serve over rice. |
