Healthier version. Ingredients:
16 ounces sirloin, ground, lean |
1/4 cup skim milk |
68 grams bread sugar free |
1 egg, beaten |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon parsley, dried |
1 clove garlic |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1/8 cup parmesan cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Combine eggs and milk in large bowl mix well, add crumbled bred, soak for a couple of minutes. Add remaining ingredients, and mix lightly. Turn meat out onto cutting board and shape into a square, flatten to about 1 1/2 inch or so. Take knife and score meat mixture into 12 squares. Roll Squares into meatballs and place on baking pan sprayed lightly with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. |
