Given to me by a Scottish friend, many years ago. Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger |
1/2 cup cracker crumb |
1 egg |
salt and pepper |
1 chopped onion |
1 jar ragu tomato sauce (or any sauce to your liking, i prefer diana bbq sauce) |
Directions:
1. Mix hamburger and other ingredients together. 2. Make into meatballs. 3. Pour sauce over the top. 4. I use a slow cooker but can be done in the oven. 5. If using the oven set at 350 degrees. |
