Meatballs and Cranberry Sauce |

A super delicious meatball recipe - m-m-m-m good!! Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef |
1 cup breadcrumbs (crushed) or 1 cup corn flakes (crushed) |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/3 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons instant onion soup mix |
1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce, pureed in the blender |
1 (12 ounce) bottle chili sauce |
2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients for the meatballs together. Form into small balls. Cook in 2 tablespoons hot cooking oil. 2. SAUCE: Combine ingredients in saucepan. Cook, over medium heat, until smooth. Pour over meatballs. Serve with boiled rice or serve by themselves as party snacks. |
