Very easy to make. Could be used as an appetizer with a dipping sauce. I know before I could get them into the sauce my husband was already eating them! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon italian seasoning |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
Directions:
1. Combine ground beef, and other ingredients. 2. Shape into 1 inch meatballs. 3. Brown in skillet. 4. Drain. 5. Add to you favorite spaghetti sauce. 6. Enjoy. |
