Ingredients:
2 cup(s) dry italian style bread crumbs |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup(s) finely chopped onion |
4 pound(s) ground beef |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 tablespoon(s) salt |
2 teaspoon(s) worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl beat eggs, onion, salt and pepper, worcestershire and bread crumbs. Mix well. Add beef. Combine well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Bake at 400 for 15- 20 minutes, turning frequently. Makes 12 dozen. Freezes well. |
