Simple italian family recipe passed down to share to the world. These meatballs are perfect with an italian sauce of your choice. Ingredients:
one lb of ground beef |
1/2 lb of ground pork |
1/2 lb ground veal. |
one sleeve of saltines - crushed |
1-1/2 cup grated parmasen cheese |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1-1/2 tbls garlic powder |
1 tsp pepper |
1 tsp salt |
makes about 30 something meatballs depending on how big your medium is. |
Directions:
1. This is a simple italian meatball but effective when made with the right italian gravy or sauce as most americans would say. 2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix with your hands. 3. Roll into medium balls onto a baking sheet and bake at 375 4. for 35 minutes. 5. Lets stand out of oven for 20 minutes before you taste. 6. I am asked to make these at all our family gatherings. 7. I guess they love em!!!!!! |
