Simple italian family recipe passed down to share to the world. These meatballs are perfect with an italian sauce of your choice.
Ingredients:
one lb of ground beef
1/2 lb of ground pork
1/2 lb ground veal.
one sleeve of saltines - crushed
1-1/2 cup grated parmasen cheese
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1-1/2 tbls garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
makes about 30 something meatballs depending on how big your medium is.
Directions:
1. This is a simple italian meatball but effective when made with the right italian gravy or sauce as most americans would say.
2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix with your hands.
3. Roll into medium balls onto a baking sheet and bake at 375
4. for 35 minutes.
5. Lets stand out of oven for 20 minutes before you taste.
6. I am asked to make these at all our family gatherings.
