Makes 21 balls . quite filling . Ingredients:
250 g minced pork |
250 g minced beef |
2 cold boiled potatoes , mashed |
50 ml bread powder mixed with 100 ml water |
1 egg |
1 onion , thinly sliced and fried |
pepper |
salt |
white sauce |
200 ml stock |
1 tbsp flour fried in 1 tbsp butter |

pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine everything . 2. Scoop with a table spoon and arrange on a dusted top 3. fry in low heat 4. For the sauce 5. Boil everything for a minute until it thickens 6. Serve 7. Pour the sauce on top of the meat balls |
