these are so easy to make and yet taste incredible. you can make the meatballs larger to be served as a main dish or a little smaller to get more servings and to be served as an appetizer Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef |
2 eggs |
bread crumbs |
1 onion, chopped |
spices |
2 cups gingerale |
1 cup ketchup |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
Directions:
1. mix the ground beef with the eggs, onion, bread crumbs, and spices of your choice 2. shape into balls 3. brown the meatballs on all sides 4. boil the last three ingredients together 5. put the meatballs into a pan and pour the sauce over the meat 6. bake at 350 for 40 minutes |
