Tasty little meatballs that are easy to make. Ingredients:
2 lbs hamburger |
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 tablespoon parsley flakes |
1 teaspoon oregano |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 cup milk |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. 3. Place balls on cookie sheet with a lip and brown in oven. 4. Add to favorite sauce and enjoy. |
